Update: There have been some important changes to the way immigration consultants are regulated in Canada. The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism announced that the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the new regulatory body for immigration consultants.

I am still a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and am recognized as an authorized representative by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

My name appears on the ICCRC website's Membership List on one of two
lists: Full Members and Transitional Members. Individuals on either list are authorized to provide immigration services.
